GOOD NEWS
The Galaxy Corporation has just recently purchased programming and
testing equipment from a paging company that went out of business.
This will allow us
to better serve our customers.
We are also transferring all customers to a new FLEX ™ wireless network. This new network will allow us to stock one frequency of pagers for the entire nation. Because we have purchased several companies over the last twenty years, we have different paging frequencies in different states. We are making this move to the new network because in some parts of the nation we have excess pager inventory and other parts of the nation we are having problems supporting our current customers. In areas where we are having problems supporting current customers, we are not accepting new customers. Areas of the nation where we are having problems supporting our current customers will be transferred to this new network first. This upgrade will not cost the customers anything for the upgrade.
We have recently installed a new telephone and
online support systems to support our customers better.
